“There is no straight line to getting where you are going”
This couldn't be more true about my journey back to Gardendale, AL as a local owner and clinician with P4 physical therapy. Those of you who know my story, know that it has been anything but straight. But that has been the interesting part of it and I am grateful to be exactly where I am today- planted back in the Gardendale community.
I grew up in Canada, moved to the USA to play collegiate softball where I was exposed to the field of PT, developing a passion for the profession and caring for patients. I completed my undergraduate work at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL and completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of Southern California. I started practicing in 1999 and over the years developed love and a passion for treating an active population, education, mentoring and helping develop clinicians to be the best in the field. I became Board Certified in Sports Physical Therapy in 2015 to assist and eventually became the Director of a Sports Residency Program to help foster the growth and development of clinicians. Outside of work I enjoy traveling, adventures, and enjoying good food and drinks- local or off the beaten path is the best!
I am eager to be back serving the Gardendale community in a brick and mortar location in north Gardendale that is easily accessible and will provide the highest quality Physical therapy and sports medicine care for the community.
