STAFF TESTIMONIALS

“Although I’ve only been a clinic director for a short time, I’ve quickly seen how special our team truly is. Despite recent staffing changes and the challenges of managing two clinics, our team has remained professional, supportive, and focused on delivering exceptional patient care. We’ve built strong connections with the Lincoln County Schools, even participating in their homecoming parade to show our Falcon pride. What makes this team stand out is our shared belief that true treatment goes beyond healing injuries, it’s about caring for people. I’m incredibly proud and thankful to work alongside such a dedicated and compassionate group.”

“At Turner Physiotherapy, we believe our mission goes far beyond physical healing. We aim to care for both body and soul. Patients often tell us, “You treat us like family,” and that’s exactly our goal. It’s a culture shaped by faith, purpose, and a shared commitment to being the hands and feet of Christ.

Our team isn’t just staff, we’re a family that encourages growth, celebrates life’s milestones, and supports one another through both triumph and trial. From sponsoring local teams to praying over patient names and watching young techs discover their calling, every part of our work is rooted in love and service.

As Galatians 6:9 reminds us, “Let us not grow weary in doing good…” The harvest we’re reaping is more than recovery – it’s stronger communities and transformed lives. I’m grateful to be part of this purpose-driven journey with all of you.”

“I want to be real – this job is hard. Balancing patient care, staff needs, paperwork, and personal life can feel overwhelming. Lately, I found myself so caught up in the stress that I lost sight of the blessings in front of me.

But then, God reminded me why I’m here. We’re in a mission field, not just helping physically, but spiritually and mentally too. I recently worked with a tough patient who didn’t want anything to do with me. Weeks later, he excitedly told me how he pumped his own gas for the first time in a while. That moment reminded me: we are truly blessed to be a blessing. So, here’s my challenge: Let’s not let the little frustrations weigh more than the victories. Take time this week to focus on the positives. We are making a difference.”

When I saw I was assigned September 11th, I knew I couldn’t pass up the chance to reflect on the significance of this day. It’s hard to believe it’s been 24 years since that tragedy. Like the Alan Jackson song says, “Where were you when the world stopped turning?” That day reminded us to slow down, love more, and come togethersomething we still need today. In our work, it’s easy to get caught in the day-to-day and forget our “why.” But when I slow down, I’m reminded how special it is to build real relationships with our patients; they truly become like family. I’ve recently felt the deep sorrow of losing a patient I was close with, and the joy of watching another achieve something incredible in her gymnastics career. Both reminded me how meaningful our role can be. So today, take a moment to reflect on the impact you’re making. We have such a unique opportunity to be a light in others’ lives. I’m thankful for all of you and for the leadership that makes this environment possible.

Last week, I asked our team how our clinic shows selflessness and stands out in the community. Every single person gave the same answer: our “come when you want and stay” policy. Whether a patient arrives early, late, or on the wrong day, our team always finds a way to welcome them without hesitation or complaint. This flexibility may make things more challenging at times, but it reflects the deep care we have for our patientsand for each other. I see selflessness every day: teammates adjusting schedules, giving rides, covering shifts, sharing snacks, or pet-sitting when someone’s away. What we’ve built here is more than a clinic, it’s a family rooted in compassion, generosity, and unwavering support. That’s what makes this place truly special.
