David Myers PT, DPT, OCS, ATC, CIMT

Dr. David Myers is a longtime resident of the Athens area. He holds a teaching degree from Cedarville University, a master's degree in Exercise Physiology/Cardiac Rehabilitation from the University of South Carolina and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University (SRU). Dr. Myers has been board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association, certified as an Integrated Manual Therapist and a licensed Athletic Trainer. He has taught manual therapy nationally and has served on the national committee Federation of State Boards for Physical Therapy. His experience includes working for over 35 years in the area of treating LBP and sports related injuries.

David and his wife Kathy enjoy being active members of Eastanallee Baptist Church. They volunteer for a local non-profit organization and enjoy traveling around the country. They have two children: Amanda and Zachary. Dr. Myers is passionate about delivering great therapy experiences.
